The opening of the blood collection center for special needs patients, which also has a baby care room, was held at Gazi Hospital.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Uğur Ünal, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Tezer, Secretary General Mustafa Afşar, Rector Advisors Prof. Dr. Serdar Polat and Dr. Ahmet Bilal Dostbil, Vice Secretary General Assist. Prof. Dr. Sena Aydoğan, Faculty of Medicine Dean Prof. Dr. Alper Ceylan, Gazi Hospital Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Hakan Atalar, faculty members and hospital staff attended the opening ceremony.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Uğur Ünal said in his speech at the opening, “I hope that the new unit of our hospital will be a blessing and I wish you continued success.”
After the opening ribbon was cut, Prof. Dr. Uğur Ünal toured the center and received information about the center. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Uğur Ünal also chatted with the hospital staff and listened to their opinions and suggestions.
With this opening, Gazi Hospital, which is a baby-friendly and breastfeeding-supporting hospital, added a new one to its existing baby care rooms. The blood collection center for patients with special needs offers easy access to patients as it is located on the ground floor of the hospital.
